A significant part of our self-understanding

The WSM Economic Association for Steel and Metal Processing has developed a Code of Conduct (CoC) that establishes the common value base and the responsibility of member companies. This voluntary code serves as a guideline for social responsibility, fair competition, and corporate social responsibility. The CoC includes rules of conduct and the principle of legal compliance. The member companies commit to implementing the CoC as a voluntary self-commitment.

Our derived code of conduct emphasizes our social and societal responsibility. It is our guideline for law-abiding behavior as well as for fairness and integrity in internal interactions and in relation to customers, suppliers, business partners, and competitors.
